Welcome to my web site. Browse around and you will soon discover I'm a food aficionado! My love for food began when I was about 6 years old. I'd echo what my mother did all day everyday in our real kitchen. I'd prepare pretend meals for my brother in the miniature kitchen of our childhood playhouse. When I was tired of playing house, I'd venture up to the main house and stand on a stool alongside my mother and help her prepare the next family meal.
Years later, my affection for food turned out my first cookbook. Then came the desire to share my passion and start a cottage-style catering business. As I further plunged into the culinary arena, I wrote, Tasting the Seasons: Inspired In-Season Cuisine That's Easy, Healthy, Fresh and Fun. This Book Cooks will be available in the spring of 2015.
